I love the bracelet. I love how it looks and how it feels. I don’t love that the clasp is malfunctioning and does not open the way the last bracelet, that I also had from your company, did or that I have to pry it upwards just to get it off. Talking to support, two days after receiving the product and reporting the issue, led me to share a video of the issue and then proceed with a warranty claim which I am still waiting on. I am unsure if it will have the same engraving or if it will be approved and I am starting to feel like I’m being ignored to avoid a return and refund but am seriously considering doing that based on the support I’ve received, or, rather, not received, so far. I had planned not to leave this review when I was asked the first time, as I am still hopeful that you will do the right thing, but received a reminder to leave a review while I still await a decision on whether my warranty claim will be approved, hence my low rating and frustration in this paragraph of text. 8/3: I have received the warranty replacement in the mail and the clasp now opens appropriately. Customer support was prompt with their responses after my review and the new bracelet is perfect.

This is my second ring in this style. The first one I ordered in 2022. But the stones turned brownish, despite regular cleaning with jewelry cleaner. I ordered this one as a replacement. Now I remove all my rings with stones whenever I my hands come in contact with water or I am putting on lotion, etc. I'm hoping that this will keep them looking new longer. Love the ring!

Beautiful, lightweight necklace. Perfect pendant size and chain length for me. Clasp can be kind of finicky if you have long nails but I don’t take it off often so it’s not a big deal. The mother of pearl is stunning in the sunlight!
