The bracelet I ordered was freaking tiny. It doesn’t even fit on my small ass wrist. They offered to remake it for 20% off and all it needs is a few chains put on it. The customer service is rude and ridiculous.
The Steel Shop was unable, or unwilling, to help with resizing. The item also seemed smaller than expected, but I wasn’t sure what 5MM would be.
